Rockies Set For Six Spring Training Telecasts on AT&T SportsNet

DENVER – The Colorado Rockies and AT&T SportsNet announced today the network’s 2023 Colorado Rockies Spring Training telecast schedule. AT&T SportsNet, the official TV home of the Colorado Rockies, will produce and televise six Spring Training games including an all-female broadcast on March 11 and a Big League Weekend (Part 2) broadcast from Las Vegas, Nev. on March 18.

 

2023 ROCKIES SPRING TRAINING BROADCAST SCHEDULE

•           Saturday, March 4, 1:10 p.m. MST – Rockies at Mariners

•           Saturday March 11, 1:10 p.m. MST – Rockies vs. Mariners

•           Saturday March 18, 2:10 p.m. MST – Rockies vs. Royals (Big League Weekend [Part 2] in Las Vegas)

•           Saturday, March 25, 6:10 p.m. MST – Rockies vs. Guardians

•           Sunday, March 26, 1:10 p.m. MST– Rockies vs. Reds

•           Tuesday, March 28, 12 p.m. MST – Rockies vs. Brewers

 

On Saturday, March 11, AT&T SportsNet and ROOT Sports will have its first ever all-female broadcast. The broadcast team will include women from across the AT&T SportsNet and ROOT Sports family. Jenny Cavnar (Colorado Rockies) will serve as the play-by-play announcer with Angie Mentink (Seattle Mariners) joining her in the booth as an analyst. Sideline reporter duties will be handled by Jen Mueller (Seattle Mariners) and Julia Morales (Houston Astros).  The all-female broadcast will extend behind the camera with women from the AT&T SportsNet production team including Game Producer Alison Vigil and Game Director Erica Ferrero.

 

On Saturday, March 18, AT&T SportsNet and Bally Sports Kansas City will collaborate to broadcast the first game of Big League Weekend (Part 2) from Las Vegas Ballpark, home of the Triple-A Las Vegas Aviators (Oakland), in Las Vegas, Nev. The Rockies will make their fourth all-time appearance (2000, 2003, 2009) in Las Vegas for Big League Weekend, their first at Las Vegas Ballpark.

 

For all other Spring Training games on AT&T SportsNet, Drew Goodman returns to the booth as the play-by-play announcer and will be joined by MLB veterans Jeff Huson and Ryan Spilborghs, sharing analyst duties. Cavnar will be back as pregame and postgame host with former Rockies outfielder Cory Sullivan providing analysis. Kelsey Wingert and Marc Stout also return to their duties as sideline reporters.

 

The Rockies open the 2023 campaign on Thursday, March 30 at San Diego with their Home Opener falling on Thursday, April 6 vs. Washington with a 2:10 p.m. MDT first pitch at Coors Field.  Visit www.Rockies.com for more information and tickets.
