The Rockies will play a 31-game spring schedule that includes 19 at Salt river Fields at Talking Stick — 16 in which they will be the host team and three in which the D-Backs, who share the facility with the Rockies, will be the home team. The Rockies open the exhibition season by host the D-Backs on Feb. 23. They conclude the season at home against the Mariners on March 27, and then open the regular season two nights later against the D-Backs at Chase Field.
All 19 games at Salt River Field will start at 1:10 p.m. The Rockies are scheduled to play only four night games during the spring — all on the road. They night games include games against the Mariners in Peoria March 6, the Dodgers in Glendale, the Rangers March 19 in Surprise, and the Cubs March 24 in Mesa.
