The Colorado Rockies scored three runs in the 9th inning against Arizona to clinch a 7-6 comeback win against the Diamondbacks. The win guarantees that the Rockies will end April in first place in the N.L. West.

The night didn’t start great for Colorado. Pitcher Tyler Anderson gave up three home runs and six earned runs in five innings of work . Anderson hasn’t been able to pick up a win since April 4th in his first outing of the season against Milwaukee.

 Triple A Albuquerque (11-11) had their nine game winning streak against Las Vegas snapped as the 51’s finally found a way to beat the Isotopes 5-4.  All of Albuquerques runs came in the 6th inning thanks in part to a Jordan Patterson home run. Isotopes pitcher Johendi Jiminian took the loss giving up two run in the 8th.
