This is a Dodgers’ team that is driven. It’s a team that won the World Series in 1988, but hasn’t been to the World Series since. Oh, it’s had chances. The Dodgers have advanced to the post-season 10 times since 1988. This season, in fact, is their fifth consecutive trip to the post-season. And this season it seems there is a redefined focus from the Dodgers. They head into Wrigley Field for Gmae 3 of the best-of-seven NLCS not holding a 2-0 lead against the Cubs, but having swept the D-Backs in three games in the NL Division Series.
